The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.

  • The 365 Hunter: You aren't just a fan of the sport; you are an active, year-round archery and/or big game hunter who stays obsessed with modern tech, tuning, and industry trends. 
  • Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
  • Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
  • Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
  • Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

*Candidate must be at least 18 years of age. 

Schedule & Compensation
  • Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week
  • The Shift: 2-3 evening shifts from (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM) with product knowledge team trainings every other week on a Tuesday or Wednesday from 5:15 PM - 6:45 PM. 
  • Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Pay: The hourly rate posted includes personal sales commission and a base hourly wage, averaging out to $20.00/HR.

This is a long term role, NOT a seasonal position
