Job Purpose:

The Hotel Ambassador assists guests with overall guestexperience. All team members at La Colombe d'Or will anticipate guests' needsand assist throughout their stay as needed to ensure they enjoy a memorablestay.

Job Responsibilities:

        Responsible for the welcome of all guests that enter La Colombe d'Or, escortingthem to the appropriate area.

         Be presenton the lobby floor and warmly interact with all guests using guest names,including in public areas and while completing guest requests and tasks.

         Speak toguests with clear, professional, and respectful language always.

        Efficiently check-in and check-out guests, handling payments, applying credits,and accurately using the Property Management System.

         Handleguest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements with keen attention todetail, accurately, with care and in a timely manner.

         Takein-room dining calls and orders, demonstrating in dept knowledge of food andbeverage menus.

         Handlesall guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality andprofessionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

         Resolveguest complaints promptly and professionally.

         Assistscustomers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours ofoperations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

         Answerphone calls in a timely manner to place reservations, promote, upsell hotelservices, amenities, and packages.

         Maintainthe front of the house clean and organization to reflect our luxury standards.

         Upholdsecurity and privacy standards to ensure guest safety and confidentiality.

         Foster afriendly, professional, and luxury-oriented atmosphere for guests.

        Has a fullunderstanding of emergencies procedures, safety and critical thinking.

         Promotingsafety by being alerted to observe, correct and report any hazardsimmediately and in a timely manner.

         Assistguests with Restaurant reservations and seating arrangements

        Re-stock minibarfor guest rooms

Working conditions:

           Office,professional work environment with a combination of indoors and some exposureto outdoors.

            Capacityto safely lift and carry items between 10 to 35 pounds.

           Non-permanent work schedule, schedule is flexible depending on businesslevels and occupancy.

            Essentialphysical requirement of sitting and standing for long periods of time, stoopingand typing.
