Group 1 Toyota Fort Bend Automotive Sales Professional

Group 1 Toyota Fort Bend is growing and seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional to join our high-performing sales team!

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to build a long-term career in automotive sales.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, warranties, and available accessories
  • Conduct test drives and compare competitive models to meet customer needs
  • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
  • Implement follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Stay informed on current inventory, product updates, and manufacturer programs
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership performance standards
  • Maintain a professional, customer-first presence on the showroom floor
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
Qualifications
  • Customer-facing, commission-based sales experience is required (automotive experience is a plus!)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • High energy with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment
