This role leads the creation of retail promotional campaigns that build the Razer brand and drive product sell-through at retail, owns the associated budget and resource allocation, and ensures all outputs meet brand guidelines and retailer deadlines.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Develops and implements retail and channel marketing plans that support corporate objectives and grow market share and profitability across products and services.* Develops and manages channel partner programs, promotions, contracts, and account activities.* Forecasts, builds, and manages market development and co-op budgets.* Analyzes sales reports and market trends to identify priority channels and account targets.* Serves as the liaison between marketing and sales to keep marketing plans and sales activities aligned.* Tracks the effectiveness of retail marketing programs and informs pricing, promotion, and program decisions to meet sell-through and ROI goals.* Partners with the internal design team and external agencies to develop promotions and promotional materials that increase sell-through and ROI.* Leads the preparation and delivery of point-of-purchase, point-of-sale, and merchandising materials to distributors, retailers, and store locations to support in-store promotions.* Prepares and presents ongoing performance reports to sales, marketing, and executive leadership.* Other duties as assigned.## Pre-Requisites :**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
