Jusczak Trucking, a family-owned company with deep roots in the trucking industry since 1974, is currently seeking experienced local truck drivers for our Eagle Mountain, Utah location. If you're a professional driver with flatbed experience and want to be home every day, we want to hear from you!


At Jusczak Trucking, we pride ourselves on providing industry-leading services while leveraging technology to ensure efficiency and meet our clients' needs. Our fleet of well-maintained Peterbilt trucks with CAT engines is ready for the road, and we're looking for experienced drivers to join our team.


Position Details:

  • Location: Eagle Mountain, Utah (Home Every Day)
  • Hauling Freight: Primarily Flatbed
  • Equipment: Model year 2000 and older Peterbilt 379s with 3406E CAT engines
  • Fleet Maintenance: Maintenance with our sister company, NSC ATE, ensuring minimal downtime

Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL – Must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a Class A endorsement.
  • Clean Driving Record – No major violations (DUIs, reckless driving, etc.) within the last 3 years.
  • DOT Physical Exam – Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and maintain a valid DOT medical card.
  • Pass a Drug Test and clearinghouse – Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing in accordance with DOT regulations. Also must consent to and pass a clearing house query, pre-employment and annual.
  • Experience – At least 5 years of Class A driving experience (or equivalent training) preferred.
  • Ability to Operate Different Equipment Types – Experience with hauling flatbed, step deck, RGN, van, Conestoga, or over-dimensional freight is a plus.
  • Physical Stamina – Ability to lift, load, and secure freight, as well as perform other physically demanding tasks as needed.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
  • Moderate Technology Skills - All company dispatches and communication take place on our proprietary dispatching software.
  • Flexibility – Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Safety-Conscious – Commitment to safety standards and regulations while on the road.
  • Reliable and Punctual – Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and dependability.
  • Ability to Maintain Logs and Documentation – Must be able to properly complete and maintain driver logs, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
