Resort Manager โ€“ Ruff Day Resort (Webster, NY)

About the Role: Ruff Day Resort is seeking a results-driven Manager to lead our Webster location. We are a safety-first organization dedicated to providing high-quality care for our clients and their pets. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive profitable sales, and lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Operations: Manage store marketing, budgets, and daily financial reporting (including deposits and inventory management). Collaborate with leadership to develop cost-effective displays and growth strategies.

  • Team Leadership: Lead hiring, onboarding, and training for staff. Manage weekly schedules, payroll, and performance incentives to maintain a motivated, high-performing team.

  • Customer Experience: Resolve customer needs with professionalism and grace. Ensure the facility remains a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment for all guests.

  • Event Coordination: Organize special resort functions and community events to drive engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Recent experience in Veterinary Care or Dog Training is required.
