Job description

Job Title : Data Architect
Location : Naperville, IL
Term : C2C/W2
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise data architecture that supports business intelligence, analytics, AI/ML, and operational applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data modeling, cloud data platforms, data integration, governance, and modern data architectures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design enterprise data architecture, data models, and database solutions.
  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Define enterprise data standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Design scalable data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and application teams.
  • Design ETL/ELT data pipelines and integration strategies.
  • Ensure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance.
  • Optimize database and cloud data platform performance.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and architecture improvements.
  • Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
  • Establish metadata management, master data management (MDM), and data lineage.
  • Mentor technical teams on architecture standards and best practices.
