Position Overview:
The Wizdom Senior Dance Team are an auxiliary entertainment team for the NBA Washington Wizards. This co-ed entertainment team of members all ages 50 and over, performs at 8-12 Wizards' home games and serves as ambassadors for the organization, representing the team in the DMV community and abroad.

Responsibilities:
  • Have a strong passion for dance and a fun and energetic personality.
  • Participate in a weekly rehearsal and any assigned games and appearances.
  • Must be available to perform 8-12 games during the NBA regular season.
  • Understand and thrive in a team dynamic and communicate effectively with management and teammates.
  • Serve as an ambassador of the Washington Wizards organization, conduct themselves in a manner which upholds the character, tradition, integrity, and spirit of the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Must be over the age of 50.
  • Strong passion for dance and fun and outgoing personality.
  • Prior dance experience is recommended but not required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: $18.40 USD/hour
