Delivery Cyclists play an important role in our operations by transporting laundry safely, efficiently, and professionally while helping us deliver reliable service to our customers.
Position Overview
Delivery Cyclists are responsible for transporting commercial laundry orders by bicycle in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow assigned delivery routes while representing Wash Cycle Laundry positively at customer locations.
Delivery Cyclists work as part of the operations team and may assist with order verification, safe handling of laundry, basic bike checks, and communication with team members regarding route updates or customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations
  • Transport laundry orders by bicycle safely and efficiently.
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
  • Load, secure, and unload laundry orders properly.
  • Verify orders at pickup and delivery points.

Customer Service
  • Maintain positive and professional interactions with customers.
