Clean Team, Inc. is hiring dependable Commercial Cleaners to join our team assigned to the DENSO facility in Maryville, TN.

This position is employed by Clean Team, Inc. and performs commercial janitorial services at the DENSO worksite. Clean Team is looking for team members who take pride in their work, value reliability, and want to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility.

We have opportunities for individuals with previous commercial cleaning experience as well as candidates who are new to the industry and willing to learn.

Commercial Cleaners may be responsible for:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
• Cleaning breakrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces
• Emptying trash and recycling containers
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces
• Cleaning high-touch areas using approved products and procedures
• Restocking soap, paper products, and other supplies
• Responding to spills and other cleaning needs
• Using approved commercial cleaning equipment
• Following Clean Team and site-specific safety procedures
• Completing assigned cleaning duties within established timeframes
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicating professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and facility personnel

Because this position is located within a manufacturing environment, employees will receive applicable site-specific instructions and safety training.

Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, manufacturing, or facility-services experience is helpful but is not required for all openings. Clean Team provides training for qualified candidates.
