Scott Gulliford INC (contracted service provider for FedEx)
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to work with and operate different types of vehicles, including box trucks.

Duties

  • Safely operate Class C Non CDL vehicles and other commercial vehicles to deliver products to customers and clients.
  • Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during route driving.

Qualifications

  • Must have Non-CDL Class or Chauffer
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be able to pass initial and random drug screenings
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving experience in a commercial setting.
  • Valid Class C non cdl OR Chauffeur driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating large step vans and box trucks or similar commercial vehicles
