CDL Shuttle Bus Driver/New Bus Competitive Pay
Location: Pullman, Washington
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Openings: One immediate position
Join the JM Transportation Solutions Team
JM Transportation Solutions is hiring dependable and customer-focused CDL Shuttle Bus Drivers to provide transportation for college students in the Pullman, Washington area at Aspen Heights.
Drivers operate a BRAND NEW 29 PASSENGER, 2025 FORD designated campus shuttle route, transporting passengers between an off-campus residential property and campus. The route follows an established loop with consistent stops, making it a predictable and straightforward driving position.
Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Drivers may also qualify for performance- and attendance-based bonuses.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
  • A valid Commercial Driver’s License
  • A current Passenger “P” or School Bus “S” endorsement is REQUIRED

  • A current DOT medical card
  • At least one year of commercial driving experience
  • A safe and responsible driving record
  • The ability to safely operate a passenger shuttle bus
Primary Responsibilities
  • Safely transport passengers along an established shuttle route
  • Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops
  • Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain a clean and professional-looking shuttle
  • Communicate delays, vehicle concerns, incidents, and other important information to dispatch
  • Fuel the vehicle and transport it for washing or preventive maintenance when needed
  • Provide friendly, professional, and dependable customer service
  • Follow all company, DOT, and safety requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • One to three years of commercial driving experience
  • Previous shuttle, transit, bus, or passenger transportation experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • Professional communication skills
  • A flexible and team-oriented attitude
