Role Description

SixHorse Creative is seeking an Account Manager to manage assigned client accounts and support day-to-day order activity. This role is responsible for processing orders, communicating with vendors and clients, ensuring timely delivery, and invoicing completed orders.

The Account Manager will also oversee orders placed through clientsโ€™ custom e-commerce sites, helping ensure a smooth and accurate experience from order placement through fulfillment.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on team member who is willing to do what it takes to complete orders successfully. This may include assisting with boxing, sorting, organizing, and other order fulfillment tasks as needed.

We offer flexibility with scheduling; however, working hours must fall between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor order status to help ensure timely delivery
