Job description

Requirements: Recent Coaching experience within the last 1-5 years with K-12 athletes or willingness to participate in professional development if new to coaching.

Reports to:Athletic Director

Time frame: Seasonal during the 2026-2027 Academic Year


The Hamlin Athletic Department is seasonally interested in recruiting coaches for Volleyball, Basketball, Track, Cross Country, Running Club and Soccer who are enthusiastic and possess a solid understanding of the basic skills of their sport. Prior coaching experience is preferred but not required. Practices are generally held after school between the hours of 3:30 - 5:00pm and games are dependent on league scheduling. There is no more than a 2 day a week commitment during the sport's season. We do not hold weekend games. The Hamlin Athletic Department is excited for the use of our recently built full-sized gym.


Seasons are as follows:

Currently Hiring for Fall 2026

Fall (August to November)

  • Grade 5 Volleyball Coaches: 1 day per week practice. No more than 2 day per week commitment with a game.
  • Varsity/JV Volleyball Coaches: 1 or 2 day per week practice. No more than 2 day per week commitment with game.
  • Grade 6 Volleyball Coaches: 1 or 2 day per week practice. No more than 2 day per week commitment with game.
