ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Since opening the agency in 2017, we've built a team that believes success comes from taking care of both our customers and each other. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had the opportunity to play professional baseball in the Kansas City Royals organization. The lessons I learned through sports-discipline, teamwork, accountability, and perseverance-continue to influence how I lead my agency today.
Outside of work, I'm a proud dad who values family and making the most of life's experiences. I love to travel and strongly believe that a successful career should also allow time to enjoy life outside of work.
Our office culture is built around working hard, supporting one another, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We want people to enjoy coming to work while also having the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most to them outside the office. That's one of the reasons we operate on a four-day work week, giving our team more time to spend with family, pursue hobbies, and recharge.
We're looking for someone who is kind, caring, and genuinely enjoys helping others. The ideal candidate is a team player who values relationships, takes pride in providing great customer service, and wants to contribute to a positive office environment. Skills can be taught, but having the right attitude and a desire to help people are what truly make someone successful on our team.
