Alaska Children's Urgent Care and Outreach, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Associate to support a welcoming, child and family-focused experience for families in Anchorage.

Position Summary

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping ensure smooth check-in and an organized flow throughout the facility. You will play a key role in creating a supportive environment by handling inquiries professionally, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams.

This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering dependable front-desk support for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors, answer phones, and respond to routine questions with professionalism and care

  • Perform check-in and registration tasks, including verification of information and documentation

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments as directed, ensuring accurate tracking of patient flow

  • Maintain front-desk organization and support daily operational needs to keep the facility running smoothly

  • Communicate effectively with coworkers to resolve non-clinical issues and escalate concerns when appropriate
