Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Seasonal Product Manager opportunity in Indianapolis IN. Responsibilities for Seasonal Product Manager include but are not limited to: 

·       Gather, analyze, and document requirements for Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Benefits enhancements, issues, and new initiatives.

·       Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow rules, configuration specifications, and test cases while managing backlog execution.

·       Perform or coordinate Workday configuration, including eligibility rules, accruals, approvals, business processes, security, and notifications.

·       Lead/support testing, UAT, defect resolution, release deployment, and post-production validation to ensure successful solution delivery.

·       Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage dependencies, and deliver system improvements.

Candidates for Seasonal Product Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       6+ years of Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, HR Technology, or Workday techno-functional experience.

·       Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Workday Time Tracking, Workday Absence/Leave, Workday Benefits, Workforce Management, Payroll Integrations.

·       Strong experience writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and test cases.

·       Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar backlog management platforms.

·       Knowledge of Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Leave Management, and downstream integrations, with the ability to independently drive work from intake through production deployment.

·       Pay: $80.81/hr.

·       Shift: Onsite - Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Once a week onsite

Pay Details: $80.81 per hour
