Production Associate
Pay: $15-$16
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Optional Saturdays (first come, first serve)

We're hiring Production Associates to join our growing team! We currently have openings in Production for roles in kit assembly. These are great opportunities for dependable, team-oriented individuals looking to start immediately—no experience required, we'll train!

What You'll Do:

  • Perform light assembly, stacking, and labeling (Kitting)
  • Operate or work alongside bagging machines to count and package components (Bagging)
  • Work in small teams to meet daily production goals
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of finished products
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn—no prior experience needed
