Production Associate

Pay: $18.50/hr Days | $19.50/hr Nights

Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (2-2-3 Schedule)

• Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

  • Operate production and packaging equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Load materials, prepare finished products, and support shipping activities
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a safe, quality-focused work environment
  • Accurately complete production records and documentation in English

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 months of manufacturing, warehouse, or shift-work experience
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Flexibility to work rotating day, afternoon, and overnight schedules
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
