Production Associate I - Disassembly/Cleaning & Inspection
Location: Henderson, CO
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: 1st Shift | 40 Hours/Week
Duration: 1 year W2 Contract
Compensation: $23.50/hour
Role Summary
A leading manufacturing organization is seeking Production Associates to join its engine remanufacturing operation in Henderson, Colorado.
In this role, you will assist with the disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of diesel engine components, ensuring parts meet quality standards before moving through the production process.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and want to develop skills within a manufacturing environment.
Team members will rotate through disassembly, cleaning, and inspection functions while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the disassembly of high-horsepower diesel engines.
  • Clean engine components and parts according to production standards.
  • Inspect components for quality and conformity before moving to the next production stage.
  • Perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming materials.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, quality processes, and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Maintain production goals and required cycle times.
  • Ensure work areas remain organized, clean, and safe.
  • Perform routine operator care and basic maintenance tasks.
