Position: Trainer, Production
Position Summary:
ReturnPro is looking for a team-oriented, driven, and energetic Production Associate Trainer. The Production Associate Trainer performs all tasks involved in the training of ReturnPro teammates. Additionally, this position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production and training is as efficient and safe as possible.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Learn and understand a wide variety of job duties to a high level of detail
  • Ability to document work progress to a high level of detail for the purpose of training teammates
  • Monitor & administer teammate training, motivating teammates to achieve maximum quality & productivity
  • Conduct training audits to identify training gaps, conduct on-the-job training to correct deficiencies, and retest
  • Observe and audit work to make necessary changes to documentation or processes
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance and adherence to the quality standards
  • Work with teammates and the production training team to make recommendations on how to improve operations to optimize production while positively contributing to safety, quality, cost, and lead time
  • Provide feedback to teammates and evaluate abilities
  • Works with your team to increase production
  • Communicate with immediate supervisor and/or manager when needed
  • Successfully able to manage time wisely
  • Practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible

Requirements:
  • A high school qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of health and safety laws
  • Excellent knowledge of equipment used in the manufacturing process
  • Frequently required to walk, bend, use hands, and reach with hands and arms
  • Possible weekend work and overtime required (including potential overnight shifts)
  • Ability to frequently and repetitively bend, lift and reach to install parts of varying size and weight overhead
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
