Job Summary

The Production Coordinator Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficient operations, timely delivery, and high-quality output. This role works closely with production teams, supervisors, supply chain, and other departments to manage schedules, materials, and documentation while maintaining safety and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, monitor, and  prioritize daily production schedules to meet deadlines and customer      requirements
  • Communicate with peers at other  Trescal labs to coordinate network support services
  • Serve as a liaison between  production, planning, and customer service
  • Track production progress and provide regular status updates to management
  • Daily review of incoming equipment  to verify necessary components and accessories are available to complete      the work
  • Ensure availability of  materials, equipment, and resources for production
  • Maintain accurate production  records, reports, and documentation
  • Identify and help resolve production  issues, delays, and bottlenecks
  • Assist with production planning  and workflow optimization
  • Promote cooperation and  coordination among departments and employees to facilitate efficient      teamwork in the lab
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Provide input for strategic  planning of services and procedures in support of continuous improvement      initiatives

Requirements


Education

  • Associate's or Bachelor's  degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or      related field preferred
  • Sufficient same/similar work experience also considered

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in production coordination, manufacturing, operations, or related role      preferred
