ABOUT THE JOB
  • In Red Bay, we specialize in the creation of Long Length Hose, carefully crafted in various sizes and dimensions to meet customer needs.
  • Our process begins with raw materials that are heated, shaped, and cooled. When completed, our hoses are marked with the Gates logo and sent to customers around the world, connecting people and industries.
  • As a Production Operator, you will spend much of your day working collaboratively, lifting, measuring, cutting, and gently monitoring machinery and gauges to ensure everything runs smoothly.

WORK SCHEDULE
1st shift: 6:50am - 3:00pm
2nd shift: 2:50pm - 11:00pm
3rd shift: 10:50pm - 7:00am
Requirements and Preferred Skills
ABOUT YOU
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 - 80 lbs.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
  • Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
