Your Mission 


Your mission as the Production Supervisor is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production operators. A successful supervisor will facilitate effective teamwork, maintain a safe working environment, serve as a resource to team members and take part in inventive innovation initiatives.  

 
Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for weighing materials and ensuring the packaging of all products. 
  • Moving product using a forklift 
  • Maintaining a clean workplace during the shift. 
  • Ensuring all scrap produced is documented as required. 
  • Responsible for updating Netsuite at the end of the workday. 
  • Responsible for tooling KPI’s, reporting and troubleshooting issues. 
  • Promote and enforce safety and by extension a clean work environment. 
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of team members engaged in production. 
  • Contribute to production efficiency, overall production rates and drive process improvements. 
  • Monitor and assess team member performance. 
  • Work with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within and between shifts. 
  • Champion the onboarding process, making sure new team members are safe and feel welcome. 
  • Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules and other records/reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs. 
  • Other duties as required.

  • 12-hour shifts 
  • 2 months days - 2 months nights
