Job description

At AeroFlow Technologies, we design and manufacture complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials engineered to perform under extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical environments. Our components are trusted in some of the world’s most demanding applications, from commercial aircraft to advanced military aircraft.

The Production Worker is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end delivery, reliability, conformity, and quality of our Kirkland manufacturing outputs, while supporting high-quality production operations.

So, what will you be doing as a Production Worker?

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Production Worker to support a variety of manufacturing and material handling operations. This position involves assisting with production processes, material movement, packaging, recordkeeping, and supporting machine operators as needed. Successful candidates will be willing to learn multiple tasks, follow safety requirements, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including standing and walking throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation (8-10 hours per shift).
  • Must be able to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
  • Must be able to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery required for the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms.
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, or platforms, as required.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, steel-toed shoes, respirators, or other safety gear.
  • Must be able to obtain, understand, and respond to information necessary to safely perform assigned duties
  • Must be able to recognize and appropriately respond to alarms, warning signals, and workplace communications, with or without reasonable accommodation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work safely around moving machinery and industrial equipment.

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
  • Working in hot, cold, or humid conditions depending on the season.
  • Fast-paced production environment with productivity and quality standards.
