Job Summary:

Our Production Workers effectively and efficiently prepare food products in various environments, such as drying, freezing, dry processing, reboxing, sifting, grinding, and storage. During all the different processing, the employee will be expected to work with different equipment in the plant as well as product variation from day to day.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must be able to meet the essential functions of the job, which include but are not limited to:

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have the ability to accept and apply instruction
  • Must be able to collaborate with others, but also work independently if needed
  • Previous production experience is beneficial, but not required
  • Must be physically able to walk and stand for long periods of time during shift hours
  • Be willing to adhere to all hygienic and food safety requirements in the plant
