Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.Production Duties:Utilizes systematic processes to provide and ensure excellent production support and customer service to faculty, staff, and teachers.Interacts with faculty and guests in a warm, flexible manner.Reports questions or unusual requests to next-level leadership.Communicates effectively with faculty, staff, and assistants when coordinating all program supplies and support. Communicates effectively with the production team, utilizing all relevant communication systems to support production requests efficiently and promptly.Assists the supervisors in proactively keeping track of all supply inventory. This includes ordering replacements, obtaining supply maintenance, and keeping supplies clean and organized.Gathers and reports all feedback, concerns, and helpful insight, observed or reported, while supporting faculty, guests, and programs. Assists with identifying additional opportunities for upgrades and production improvements.Evaluates and maintains all rooms and supplies regularly and recommends additional supplies and equipment that would benefit programs and our campus.Refers to the supervisor for direction to provide all necessary supplies and support for programs.Assists in special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.Works evenings and weekends as required. Other Duties:Supports servicing food and beverage to guests in all approved public eating areas on the 1440 campus.Assists Café with the preparation of daily needs to deliver exceptional sales and service to guests.Supports the Rooms division operations by performing front desk duties, offering the 3 stages of authentic service to our guests, assisting guests as needed during their stay on campus, and contributing to Housekeeping basic tasks as per operations needs. Aids reservations by ensuring a smooth operation of guest reservations.Assists in safety and security processes and protocols. Qualifications: Successful individuals who perform the responsibilities of this position must perform their essential duties satisfactorily. Writes routine reports and correspondence and speaks effectively before groups of guests or employees of the organization.Mathematical Skills: Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Reasoning Ability: Must possess the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions while dealing with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Business Acumen: Must understand the business implications of decisions; displays orientation to profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; aligns work with strategic goals; demonstrates understanding of current role and job responsibilities.
