Job description

Job Description: We are seeking an Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing warehouse floor support to the client that you will be working with. Also, you will be supervising the other temps in terms of production, staffing, answering questions, etc.
The schedule for this position is 6:00AM-3:00PM Monday-Friday!
6:00AM-10:00AM at client facility
10:30AM-3:00PM at The Job Center branch location
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Staffing Coordinator:
Interact with client supervisors to ensure temps are performing at the level they need to be
Provide Job Center with communication as it relates to production and warehouse staffing matters
Provide leadership over temps in terms of attendance, productivity, and basic job duties.
Qualifications of the Bilingual Staffing Coordinator:
Ability to stand for long periods of time – duration of shift can be up to 10 hours.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to lead others and interact with a wide variety of people
Bilingual in French/English
