Position Summary

The Production Operator supports daily manufacturing operations by safely performing production activities in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role operates equipment, assembles components, performs inprocess inspections, and maintains accurate documentation to ensure products meet all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform production tasks following SOPs and work instructions.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble, package, label, and support related manufacturing steps.
  • Complete inprocess quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain accurate batch records and GMP documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement and report production issues promptly.
  • Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
  • Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and line changeovers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
  • Ability to follow written procedures accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, regulated environment.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Manufacturing, production, or GMP experience preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift.
  • Ability to work in a regulated GMP environment.
  • May require working in cleanroom conditions and wearing PPE.

$21.84/ Per Hour
