Job description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance activities, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across operations. This role will ensure products and processes consistently meet established requirements while supporting a strong culture of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Position ResponsibilitiesQuality Management
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor quality performance and establish key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
Quality Assurance & Control
  • Oversee inspection, testing, and quality control processes.
  • Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Monitor trends and take proactive measures to prevent recurring issues.
Continuous Improvement
  • Lead initiatives to improve product quality, process efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality opportunities.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop quality personnel.
  • Promote accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, manufacturing, and other teams to resolve quality concerns.
Customer & Supplier Quality
  • Support the resolution of customer quality concerns and complaints.
  • Work with suppliers to address quality issues and improve supplier performance.

Prerequisites
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management or quality assurance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience with root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality metrics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
  • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Other relevant quality management certifications
