General Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Single-Family Electrical Supervisor to lead residential and commercial electrical projects in the Milledgeville, GA area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, extensive electrical experience, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage crews, projects, and resources efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise electrical crews to ensure quality workmanship and productivity.
  • Manage single-family residential and commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in the field.
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements, local codes, and company standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Operate an excavator as needed for project completion.
  • Conduct jobsite inspections and enforce OSHA safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, builders, and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, permits, work orders, and inventory records.
  • Train and develop team members to improve performance and efficiency.

  • Well-organized with strong project management skills
