Overview

Jackson Dawson is seeking a strategic and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and financial management of premium experiential programs for an ultra-luxury automotive client. This role serves as a key operational leader, responsible for both delivering exceptional client activations and maintaining overall program financial health.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of hands-on event execution and strong financial oversight, with experience managing complex logistics alongside large-scale budgets, forecasting, expense tracking, staffing allocations, and reconciliations. This individual will collaborate closely with internal leadership and client stakeholders to ensure all initiatives are strategically aligned, financially sound, and operationally efficient.

In addition to execution, this role plays a critical part in developing innovative experiential concepts and elevated, white-glove client engagements that enhance the brand experience. The Senior Project Manager will proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, optimize budgets, and support scalable program growth while maintaining the high standards expected in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall program financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, reconciliations, invoicing, staffing allocations, and hours management.
  • Partner with internal leadership and client stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and program efficiency.
  • Manage timelines, production schedules, reporting, and cross-functional communication to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor profitability and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements.
  • Lead the planning and execution of premium experiential programs, luxury events, and client activations.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring strong communication across all workstreams.
  • Support the development of new experiential concepts and elevated client engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account teams and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class programs aligned with brand standards.
  • Provide onsite leadership for events, ride-and-drive experiences, vehicle handovers, and hospitality programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and production coordination.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, project management, or luxury client programs.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets, forecasting, and reconciliations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial reporting and client-facing presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors.
