Schedule ย | Monday โ€“ Friday, 8 AM โ€“ 5 PM / 40 hours a week.ย

Summary/Objective:ย 
The Project Manager position is responsible for planning, executing and completing of projects for Wholesale Electric.ย 
Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for planning, organizing and implementation of all aspects of a project. ย 
  • Answering customersโ€™ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.ย 
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables. ย 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, providing updates on project status and changes.ย 
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors. ย 
  • Monitoring project expenses and identifying cost variances within the project.ย 
  • Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all projects and related correspondence.ย 
  • Delegating tasks on the projects to project manager assistants to complete them.ย 
  • Performing additional assignments at the direction of the supervisor.ย

The Project Manager Assistant position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.ย 
Working conditions:
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.ย 

Physical Demands:ย 
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk.ย 
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.ย 
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. The employee must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.ย 
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
  • Sales experience in the Electrical Distribution Industry preferred.ย ย 
  • Commercial Contractor Sales experience preferred.ย 
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
