The Opportunity

We are hiring a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee new construction and reroof projects in the Memphis market. This role is responsible for driving projects from start to finish—ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with clients and field teams.

What You'll Do

Project Management
• Oversee multiple commercial roofing projects from kickoff through completion
• Build and manage project schedules, ensuring timelines are met
• Monitor job progress and adjust plans to stay on track

Leadership
• Lead field crews, foremen, and subcontractors
• Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, and accountability
• Provide guidance, training, and support to project teams

Budget & Operations
• Manage project budgets, costs, and overall financial performance
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to keep projects moving
• Track expenses and ensure projects remain profitable

Quality & Safety
• Enforce OSHA standards and job site safety protocols
• Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections
• Address and resolve any issues quickly and effectively

Client & Team Communication
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide updates on timelines, progress, and challenges
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and suppliers

Risk Management
• Identify potential project risks early and implement solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns

Reporting
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership

What You Need

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
• Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified, and Metal systems
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects
• Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working at heights and on active job sites

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
