Volt is immediately hiring for Production Workers in Antigo, WI.

As an Sawmill Production Worker you will:

  • Work with heavy lumber and raw materials in a fast-paced sawmill environment
  • Operate saws, conveyors, and other production equipment to cut and process wood safely and accurately
  • Load, stack, and move lumber throughout the mill using proper techniques and equipment
  • Keep production lines running by feeding materials, clearing jams, and monitoring output
  • Inspect products for quality and report any issues to supervisors immediately
  • Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
  • Complete production paperwork and records accurately and on time

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8 hours at a time
  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures and dusty conditions
  • Strength to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Ability to use a tape measure and basic hand tools
  • Physical stamina for bending, pushing, pulling, and moving heavy materials
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Hours: M-Th: 6:00am - 3:30pm, F: 6:00am - 10am
