Responsibilities
  • Develop and generate all MOs for finished goods through MRP software.
  • Confirm and complete the status of all MOs to maintain accurate records.
  • Verify all MOs are fully issued with the required raw materials and adjust Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate inventory issuance.
  • Analyze data from MRP systems to ensure optimal production workflows and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, production, and sales, to ensure alignment on production goals.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Adjust production plans as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or supply chain disruptions.
  • Prepare reports on production performance and present findings to management.
