Job description

Be Part of a High-Volume Manufacturing Team

Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is adding reliable Production Packaging Associates to support a high-throughput operation in Mansfield, TX. If steady, full-time work with weekly pay and a clear routine is what you’re after, this role fits.

What a Day Looks Like

From the first bucket you handle to the last pallet you stack, you’ll move with purpose on the production floor:

  • Attach metal/plastic handles to empty 5-gallon buckets
  • Secure lids on finished buckets for shipment
  • Verify labels for correct print and placement
  • Build, wrap, and stack pallets to specification
  • Pitch in wherever needed across the production area
  • Keep your station clean and maintain safe work practices
  • Take on additional general labor duties as assigned
Pay and Schedule
  • 1st Shift: $14.00 per hour | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: $15.00 per hour | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Rotating: 2 days on / 2 days off
  • Full-Time with weekly pay
