Job description

Job Summary

The Material Handler / Packaging Associate is responsible for preparing, packaging, picking, and transporting products safely and efficiently. This role includes manual tasks as well as operating powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks, while following GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, package, and ship products safely and accurately
  • Operate powered industrial equipment after safety checks
  • Use pick sheets or systems to locate and retrieve items
  • Follow FIFO, product codes, and quality standards
  • Label, count, and verify orders for accuracy
  • Move materials to shipping and packing areas
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety policies and GMP guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Comfortable working 10+ hour shifts
  • Steel-toed shoes required
  • Comfortable working at heights (Cherry Picker training provided)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged
