Job description

Screen Printing Press Operator – Experienced



Columbia Screen Printing & Design is looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our growing shop! If you know your way around a press, can spot a bad print before it hits the dryer, and take pride in doing quality work — we want to hear from you.


The Job

  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Set up and operate screen-printing presses
  • Prepare screens, inks, and garments
  • Register prints and maintain consistent quality
  • Troubleshoot issues and keep production moving
  • Work as part of a small, hands-on team


What We're Looking For

  • Previous screen-printing experience required
  • Good eye for detail and print quality
  • Dependable and ready to work
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move garment boxes


The Environment

This is a real print shop — hands-on, fast-paced, and sometimes messy. It can get hot in the summer and cold in the winter, so you need to be comfortable working in changing shop temperatures.
