Our technology allows allocators, sponsors, and service providers to digitize the entire onboarding, investment, and reporting process for alternative investments. Through our open-architecture platform, all stakeholders are easily connected to a central venue allowing for collaboration that reduces errors, saving time and money.

Our mission is to give our clients control and reduce friction for a very painful investment process through the use of our platform.

The Role

SUBSCRIBE is a small but growing team - as a new member you will have the opportunity to have direct influence on the decision making and execution of large pieces of the product.

Requirements

  • Lead with vision and impact, driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of high-value products that solve complex customer problems at scale.
  • Partner deeply with engineering and business leaders, coordinating cross-functional efforts and managing team dynamics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leadershipincluding the CEO, COO, and CTOto align product direction with company goals and communicate progress with clarity.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, empowering teams to deliver their best work while proactively removing blockers and maintaining momentum.
  • Provide leadership, offering oversight on key initiatives, tracking progress against the roadmap, and addressing bottlenecks with urgency and precision.
  • Champion transparency, proactively communicating updates, risks, and challenges to all stakeholders, and ensuring customers are informed of product releases.
  • Mentor and support product initiatives, guiding backlog creation, sprint planning, release planning, and roadmap development to ensure alignment and value delivery.
  • Leverage data and metrics to drive business outcomes and process improvement.
  • Inspire innovation and ownership, encouraging bold thinking, experimentation, and a relentless focus on delivering value to customers and the business.
  • Bring best-in-class product practices to a growing organization.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling B2B or B2B2C products, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform-based businesses.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong experience working with engineering, design, operations, and sales to deliver high-impact product outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and drive execution from concept to launch.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executives and external partners.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools and conducting user research to inform decisions.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, mentoring or coaching mentor across multiple teams and at various levels of the organization.
  • Attention detail and bias towards action.
  • Strong ability to communicate, influence, engage and inspire others to drive collaboration and alignment at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships as single point, organize client requests, manage the follow-up, and generally focus on client success.
  • Experience with Figma or similar products for prototyping and mockup development.
  • Alternative investments knowledge is a plus, not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or similar field.
