What Will You Enjoy Doing
Manage the performance, quality, efficiency and reliability of all molding machines in the Molding Department.
  • Identify and monitor critical parameters to ensure all assigned machines are operating safely, efficiently and reliably, according to recommended operating guidelines
  • Ensure quality product is being produced at all times from the Process
  • Ensure process is optimized to the fullest extent
  • When applicable, ensure all raw materials required are available and defect free before being processed
  • Identify, monitor, and report inconsistencies in above areas for all shifts not worked and create and implement corrective action plans to overcome discrepancies
  • Make minor repairs to molds and molding molding equipment
  • Supervising orderliness, cleanliness and working order of the assigned machines and tools
  • Assist the Production Manager in implementing required training for Machine Operators

What Makes You Great
  • Minimum three years in respective Blow molding or Injection molding required, prefer application on ALPLA equipment
  • Experienced in either Toolmaking, Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic systems preferred
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Able to train technical personnel, Train the Trainer certification
  • Effectively manages time as a resource; gives balanced attention to appropriate long-term and short-term priorities
