Job description

Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Injection Molding Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. This role involves operating injection molding machines, inspecting and assembling parts, packaging products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate injection molding machines and monitor production.
  • Inspect, assemble, package, and label finished products.
  • Perform cycle counts and record production data.
  • Remove parts from machines and follow work instructions.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
  • Basic mechanical and math skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Experience in cleanroom or injection molding environments is a plus.

Work Environment:
