Key Responsibilities:

· Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
· Set up machines, adjust controls, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues during production runs.
· Inspect finished products and materials to ensure quality standards and production specifications are met.
· Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized production environment.
· Load raw materials into machinery and move finished products to designated storage or shipping areas.
· Monitor machine performance and report malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors or maintenance staff.
· Accurately complete production records, quality documentation, and shift reports.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
