What You'll Do:
  • Follow all company established methods, policies, rules, practices, and procedures to ensure employee safety, product quality, and efficient operations.
  • Assist with line start-up and shutdown according to procedures.
  • Assist with set-up styles, including necessary adjustments, by use of set-up sheets/guidelines.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain input reports; check quality at the start of the shift and ensure quality of product throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a clean line, adhere to all plant safety, quality, and attendance policies.
  • Maintain communication as necessary with shift supervisor and lead operator to ensure acceptable quality, efficiencies, and material utilization.
  • Demonstrate team building and dedication.
  • Follow detailed procedures to operate moving machinery.

Experience/Skills:
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • Regular, punctual attendance required
  • Basic computer skills required - must be able to use computer for data collection
  • Basic mechanical skills preferred
  • Forklift experience helpful
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Read and comprehend English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, push, pull, & reach above shoulder height
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • All applicants must pass a pre-employment physical, background check and drug screen

8 Hour Schedules:
1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am
12 Hour Schedules:
Day Shift 7:00am - 7:00pm
Night Shift 7:00pm - 7:00am
Work only 15 days a month (not including overtime)! Our employees on this schedule enjoy the benefits of a full-time position and an outstanding work/life balance!
Week #1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday (48 hours)
Week #2 - Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday (36 hours)
