Job description

We seeking an experienced Production Line Lead. This role oversees a team of production line workers and conveyor systems, managing daily tasks such as break times, employee training, and ensuring efficient production. They utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges and maintain expertise in the production line's operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers.
· Provide training and guidance to line workers on proper production techniques and safety procedures.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Ensure production schedules are met by monitoring workflow.
· Maintain production efficiency by troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise on the production line in coordination with maintenance.
· Monitor and control production costs while minimizing waste.
· Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
· Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production line.
· Investigate and report any accidents or incidents on the production line.
· Maintain accurate records of production output, labor hours, and material usage.
· Prepare and submit reports on production performance and any issues encountered.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
