MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local client are NOW HIRING a 2nd Shift Production Line Operator in the Park 100 area of Indianapolis, IN!

Position Details
  • Position: Production Line Operator
  • Shift: 2nd Shift
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM
  • Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Location: Park 100 – Indianapolis, IN
  • Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required on Saturdays based on production needs

Job Summary
The Production Line Operator is responsible for safely operating assigned production equipment, supporting daily production needs, and maintaining workplace organization and safety standards.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate assigned machinery according to established training and operating procedures
  • Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting according to work instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow established 6S workplace organization and safety standards
  • Assist the Line Lead with the production process as needed
  • Follow product quality requirements, including traceability codes, trilingual codes, and GHS pictograms
  • Complete flushing processes according to work instructions
  • Fill containers as required during production
  • Rotate to other production lines when assigned or when additional support is needed
  • Perform manual production tasks, which may include:
    • Stacking cases on pallets
    • Loading bottles
    • Loading empty boxes
    • Loading rolls of labels onto production lines
  • Complete additional production-related duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable and able to work safely and productively
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible and able to learn new processes quickly
  • Ability to interpret equipment gauges and monitors
  • Basic understanding of production equipment and its functions
