Resume du Role

Situee a Anjou, ICPM recherche un(e) Electromecanicien(ne) rigoureux pour assurer la maintenance preventive et corrective de nos equipements de production. Sous la responsabilite du superviseur, vous jouerez un role cle dans la reduction des temps d'arret machine au sein de notre entrepot refrigere. Ce poste demande une grande autonomie, de la debrouillardise et une excellente gestion du stress.

Vos Responsabilites :

  • Diagnostic et Reparation : Identifier les causes de pannes et effectuer les reparations mecaniques, electriques et pneumatiques sur les machines de production.

  • Maintenance Preventive : Realiser les inspections periodiques et l'entretien preventif selon le calendrier etabli.

  • Optimisation : Proposer des solutions pour ameliorer la performance et la fiabilite des equipements.

  • Conformite et Hygiene : Completer les rapports de maintenance et respecter rigoureusement les normes de salubrite alimentaire HACCP / SQF.

  • Securite : Veiller au respect des normes de sante et securite au travail (SST) lors de toutes les interventions.

Profil recherche (Criteres de selection)
  • Formation : DEP ou DEC en Electromecanique des systemes automatises ou maintenance industrielle.

  • Experience : Experience pertinente en milieu manufacturier ou agroalimentaire (un atout majeur).

  • Competences techniques : Maitrise de la lecture de plans, de l'electricite et de la mecanique.

  • Aptitudes : Autonomie, initiative, sens des priorites et excellente capacite d'analyse.

  • Langue : Capacite a communiquer efficacement en francais.
