Job Title: Inspector / Packer
Job Description

The Inspector / Packer inspects manufactured products for quality defects, packages finished goods, and prepares products for shipment while ensuring full compliance with company quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of products to identify defects and verify that all items meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Package finished products accurately and securely, ensuring they are properly prepared for shipment.
  • Prepare, verify, and apply packing materials, labels, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate quality and production records in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Communicate quality concerns, production issues, and equipment irregularities clearly and promptly to supervisors and shift personnel.
  • Sort, segregate, and handle nonconforming products as directed by management, following established quality procedures.
  • Operate assembly and packaging equipment safely and efficiently as required to meet production goals.
  • Follow all plant safety rules, procedures, and guidelines, and actively help identify and report workplace hazards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company policies and housekeeping standards.
  • Perform production line activities such as loading, picking, material handling, and general labor tasks related to plastic products and inventory.
  • Use tools such as RF scanners or other inventory devices to support accurate tracking and movement of materials when required.

Pay and Benefits
