Job Description

  1. Perform manual labor along a production line, operate production line machinery, and may perform minor repairs to parts as necessary.
  2. Perform basic and detailed assembly tasks and/or perform many manual / assembly duties.
  3. Perform repetitious and previously performed work without supervisory and technical assistance.
  4. Multi-tasking that requires focused concentration is expected to be learned – must be willing to cross train.
  5. Work from verbal or written instructions, work specifications, etc.; uses basic math.
  6. Utilize production tools including hand tools and precision devices.
  7. Assist in providing on-the-job training to new employees.
  8. Comply with general work rules -- responsible for quality of own work, housekeeping of own work area, and to work safely.
  9. Follow all applicable TS 16949 and ISO 14001 policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  10. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by supervision
Qualifications 

High School Diploma Preferred
1-2 Years Production/Assembly experience
