About the role:

Team 360 Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to support the manufacturing and packaging process on our client’s production line.

Company:

Details:

6:00 am - 4:00 pm, but may run longer or shorter depending on production.

Monday–Thursday (Friday available to motivated individuals)

Job duties:

  • Assist with the manufacturing of products, which includes, but is not limited to:
  • Gathering necessary items, raw materials or packaging materials at the start of the day
  • Help to configure lines based on schedules (such as moving tables, small equipment, buckets, etc.).
  • Make boxes, label containers, apply lids to containers, and portion products into containers.
  • End-of-day duties such as washing utensils, sweeping, disposing of cardboard or garbage, etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Understanding of food safety practices (GMP, HACCP preferred)
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
  • Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and wet conditions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively
